What makes Ripple plant-based milk different from others?
Ripple is made with proprietary pea protein called Riptein, which provides 8g of protein per serving—equal to dairy milk—but with significantly less sugar and a much smaller environmental footprint than almond or soy milk.
Do Ripple products require refrigeration?
Our refrigerated cartons must be kept chilled at all times. However, we also offer shelf-stable options that can be stored in your pantry until opened. Once opened, all products should be refrigerated and consumed within 7-10 days.
How do you handle shipping for perishable items?
We use insulated packaging and non-toxic cold packs to ensure your products stay at the appropriate temperature during transit. We recommend unpacking your order immediately upon delivery.
Are Ripple products free from common allergens?
Yes, all Ripple products are 100% dairy-free, soy-free, nut-free, and gluten-free. We prioritize safety and purity to ensure our products are accessible to those with various dietary restrictions.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.
